Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders, including scanning bar codes, picking, and labeling boxes.
- Pick, pack, and process orders using RF technology.
- Maintain an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions.
- Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging.
- Palletizing, scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
- Re-palletizing products for shipment and managing dock manifest duties.
- Load/unload inbound/outbound shipments using WMS.
- Ensure safety and prevent damages while handling pallets.
- Operate the parcel manifest station and manage transportation documentation.
- Follow all safety instructions and maintain safe working conditions.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and report any issues immediately.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse security and report any suspicious activity.
- Understand organizational quality goals and maintain a clean, neat work area.
- Participate in Hazmat training and cross-training for other warehouse positions.
- High School diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with MHE, including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Dock Stocker.
- Must obtain Forklift Certification to meet client guidelines.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work well with others.
- Operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner in a metrics-driven environment.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- General distribution knowledge and exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment.
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
The physical demands include regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50lbs. The position involves exposure to moving mechanical equipment, requiring repetitive motion of wrists, hands, or fingers.
Shift: Monday-Friday 6: 00am-2: 30pm. Overtime opportunities available.
