Job Description:
seeking an Elevate Program Host (Contractor) to provide operational support for their Elevate system-wide leadership development program. The Elevate Program Host will play a crucial role in managing virtual instructor-led sessions, ensuring a high-quality and inclusive learning experience for participants across the organization. This role involves coordination, managing logistics, and assisting instructors and participants in a virtual environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Host Elevate sessions virtually, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Prepare logistics 15-30 minutes before each session (connect with instructors, check technology).
  • Deliver opening and closing remarks (including safety moments, inclusion moments, and welcome/separation protocols).
  • Support instructors and participants during the session to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Track attendance, follow up with no-shows, and submit attendance documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all session-related queries.
  • Provide chat support for virtual sessions.
  • Distribute post-session surveys to participants and facilitators and gather feedback.
  • Manage recording sessions in accordance with guidelines (where applicable).
  • Perform additional administrative duties to support the program.
 
Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication and professional presence.
  • Ability to confidently deliver scripted content.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other virtual meeting tools.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive participant experience.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and separation protocols.
 
Education & Experience:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is often preferred.
Required Experience: Experience in supporting training sessions, meetings, or facilitated events.
Technical Requirements: Reliable technology and internet access to manage virtual sessions.
 
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with virtual facilitation tools.
Familiarity with leadership development programs or similar training environments.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
