Location: Remote (Canada)
Duration: 3 Months Contract (Possibility For Extension)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing testing activities for clinical and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality system performance, integration, and reliability.
Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must possess the following valid certifications and provide proof:

Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) Certification

PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification

Lean Six Sigma Certification
Responibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test objectives.

Perform functional, system, integration, and user acceptance testing in healthcare environments.

Support assessment, configuration, and validation of test application environments.

Test alarm integration systems and clinical communication platforms.

Validate HL7 integrations between healthcare systems.

Track, manage, and resolve defects using industry-standard tools.

Collaborate with clinical, technical, and project teams to ensure system quality.

Prepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics.

Ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
Skills and Experience Requirements 1. Healthcare Quality Assurance Experience (10 Points)

Minimum 15 years experience as a QA Analyst in a healthcare environment.

Experience in test execution, test case creation, and test planning.
-
At least one example must include test environment assessment and configuration.

Minimum 2 years experience with alarm integration systems (e.G., Rauland, Philips) in acute healthcare.

Minimum 3 years experience testing Vocera system solutions in acute healthcare settings.

Minimum 3 years experience testing HL7-based integrations.
-
Experience with clinical information systems implementation.

Minimum 3 years experience using defect tracking tools (e.G., JIRA).
