Job Description
This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft
Experienced (Mid-Level) Position Responsibilities:
·Supports the development and verification of test methods
·Performs detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
·Develops solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact
·Designs test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements
·Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements
·Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer
·Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements
·Presents test results internally
·Archives data and reports
·Works under general direction from test leads
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at El Segundo, California.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
·Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
·3+ years of experience working with specialized test equipment, instrumentation using electrical engineering test methodologies
·3+ years of experience performing automated tests and troubleshooting electronics equipment, hardware, and software
·Experience in software tools based in C#
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
·5+ years experience working in a lab and/or production environment
·5+ years of experience with test instrumentation and/or test methods
