Sr Quality Engineer - Exempt

Key Responsibilities
- Provide heavy site transfer support from strategy development to execution.
- Offer day-to-day sustaining operations quality support.
- Manage project timelines to ensure efficient transfer activities.
- Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
- Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
- Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment;conduct quality assurance tests;and perform statistical analysis to assess costs and determine responsibility for products or materials not meeting required standards and specifications.
- Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and documentation is compliant with requirements.
- May specialize in areas such as design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
- Data-driven problem solving.
- Solid understanding and application of regulatory requirements.
- Experience with site transfers and site shutdowns.
- More than 5 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
- Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- University Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
This position is based onsite in Plymouth, MN, requiring presence 5 days a week. The role supports Cryo Lines at the PLY-ATS manufacturing site.
