Job Description


Join our team in Danvers, MA, a vibrant community known for its rich history and proximity to Boston. We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area, with a focus on injection molding process development.
Must Have
  • Injection Molding Process Development experience
  • RJG DC2 and DC3 Knowledge
  • Scientific Molding
Nice to Have
  • RJG Master Molder 2
Technical Skills Required
  • Injection Molding Process development
  • Scientific Molding Principles
  • Knowledge of RJG Cavity Pressure systems
Education and Experience
  • BS in Plastics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience required
Work Schedule
40 hours per week, with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies.
  • Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications.
  • Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods.
  • Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure process and design compatibility.
  • Lead the innovation, development, and optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control.
  • Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations.
  • Formulate, deliver, and manage projects, working with stakeholders to achieve desired results.

We are looking for an individual with advanced knowledge in their job area, combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education and experience. Practical knowledge of project management is a plus.
