Job Description


Join our dynamic team at our Plymouth, MN location, where innovation meets excellence in manufacturing. We are seeking a seasoned professional to enhance our manufacturing processes and contribute to our success.
Key Skills Required
  • Equipment/process documentation experience in a regulated environment, with familiarity in packaging and labeling processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to deliver on commitments.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and release label printer documentation.
  • Learn new printer technology and train operators and technicians on its use.
  • Execute all work in compliance with quality system requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities for efficient and productive layout.
  • Specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment affecting product performance.
  • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
  • Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions for product quality.
  • Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and develop those techniques.
  • Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specification requirements.
  • Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations.
Qualifications
  • Requires a University Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the job area, combining breadth and depth of expertise.
  • Practical knowledge of project management is advantageous.

This position offers the opportunity to work on-site 5 days per week, with the chance to make a significant impact on our manufacturing processes and contribute to the success of our Nathan Lane manufacturing site.
