Job Description
Role: Senior Product Owner –Oracle HCM
Location: Colombia (EST hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Own Oracle HCM platform (Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, plus internal systems).
- Act as bridge between business stakeholders, technical/dev teams, and internal teams.
- Manage both new enhancements/projects and continuous improvement/support (Oracle releases, compliance updates, system maintenance).
- Drive Agile practices: backlog management, sprint planning, JIRA usage.
- Prioritize requirements, guide stakeholders, and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Product Owner experience in large Agile teams.
- Functional knowledge of ERP/HCM systems (preferably Oracle HCM;Workday/SAP acceptable).
- Deep understanding of Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with offshore teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice-to-Have
- Retail or QSR industry experience.
- Direct Oracle HCM experience (strong advantage).
Ideal Candidate
- Senior-level Product Owner with ERP/HCM exposure.
- Experienced in both project delivery and ongoing platform support.
- Strong communicator, decisive, and comfortable handling ambiguity.
