Job Description:
Daily responsibilities will include checking emails for requests for access, also handling mail and packages, responding to questions on packages, etc., monitoring Outlook calendar to see if meetings/reservations have been added, greeting clients, receiving/sorting US Government Client mail as well as UPS, FedEx, Staples, etc., creating and posting Conference room signs for meetings scheduled for the following day, must be done by 2pm on the previous day. “Meeting Title/Host/Time”, and making sure Service Center is adequately stocked with paper and UPS supplies. The contingent worker will be using a computer –Microsoft Suite, Telephone (switchboard), and iPad scanner. Candidates should have mail experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Also handling mail and packages will be part of duties as well. May occasionally need to lift up to 50 lbs.
