Job Description
Contract Duration: 6 months
Possibility of extension and conversion to FTE
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)

Story Behind the Need
Business group: HR Project Management Office
Project: ECP Canadian payroll implementation project
Contribute to the overall success of the Global HR Project Management Office and GHR Modernization ensuring specific goals, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of HR’s strategies and objectives. Conducts all activities in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 3+ years of complex project management experience
2. Certification in project management (PMP)
3. Previous experience managing budget and strong financial acumen
4. Strong proficiency with MS tools (Excel, PPT,)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. PM experience in HR Technology
2. Strong knowledge of the Bank, or FIs is preferred
3. Experience with Sharepoint and Jira
4. SAP and ECP experience
5. Payroll project experience
Soft Skills Required:
•Excellent organizational skills/relationship management/communicator/problem solving
•Must be proactive, self-Starter and capable of learning new ways of doing things
•Capable of moving forward through complex situations
•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders including senior leadership
Education: Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Management or related field
Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate would have strong payroll project experience along with ECP experience.
