Contract Role | Project Coordinator in Phoenix AZ
2-3 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $35-45/hour on w2
Job Description:
Research information to support other teams and departments as needed-Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.-keep track of and report on project progress-Complete any tasks assigned by the project Manager in an efficient and timely manner-Perform other duties assigned by the project Manager orderly and efficiently
Must Have:
- Expected weekly report: Schedule tracking;
- Extected fortnightly report: Progress of all equipment status w.R.T their selected restructuring option;
- Expected monthly report: Financial recovery trending & Tracking
