Technical Process & Quality Analyst (Vocational/Skilled)

This specialized role is responsible for the analysis, optimization, and documentation of complex manufacturing processes, quality controls, and new product introductions, requiring technical education and problem-solving skills.
Primary Focus
Optimize production processes using industrial engineeringanalysis, support the test process, and manage New Product Introduction (NPI)from concept to production. This requires supporting the design of resources, labor requirements, and tooling needed for manufacturing
Introducenew products (NPI) to manufacturing and manage the transition to massproduction, acting as a liaison between engineering and operations.
Conductprocess audits, quality audits on the lines, and perform visual and physicalinspection checking products for visible issues.
Analyzesamples and conduct Time and motion studies of manufacturing processesto support line balancing and efficiency.
Prepareand update process documentation (LOB, Procedures, SFC, Training, and Layouts), often using Autocad.
ManageBill of Material (BOM) and Engineering Change (EC) data in thesystem, often utilizing SAP.
Leadand direct continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Developaction plans for problems found in the production process and use quality toolsfor root cause analysis (e.G., Ishikawa/Fishbone, FMEA, 8D).
MinimumRequirements
Education: Bachelor s or associate degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
Skills: Knowledge of quality tools like PDCA, FMEA, and 8D;advanced knowledge/certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Greenbelt);advanced knowledge of the Office package;and strong attention to detail.
Location/Status: Whitsett, United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
