Parcel Business Development Representative
Job Description
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Range: $ 39/hr w2
Project Overview:
- We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help scale company logistics business, helping businesses optimize shipping speeds, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- As an outbound BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers.
- Your goal will be to generate qualified leads by engaging decision-makers at eCommerce and retail brands.
- You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to build a high-quality pipeline, create engaging email and phone campaigns, and generate business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify high-potential businesses through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Engage and qualify leads by understanding their shipping challenges and needs
- Set up meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Manage and track activities in the CRM (e.G., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to refine messaging and target segments
We Look For:
-2+ years of sales or business development experience
-Consistent, measurable over-achievement in past experiences
-Curiosity and hunger to learn and stay up-to-date about the logistics industry
-Desire to build a career in sales
-A high degree of ownership and grit
-Nice to have - experience in the logistics industry
