Job Description
Job Title: Operations Clerk-I (City Launcher)
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 04+ Months with Possible Extention
Payrate: $21/hr. On W2
Schedule: Standard Business Hours (Part-Time)
Project Overview:
- The role will manage field operations, hiring, onboarding, and training activities to ensure high-quality workforce and customer experience within a defined region.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and hire field staff. Conduct onboarding and training.
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure operational standards and quality.
- Support local operations including restaurant visits and test orders.
- Maintain coverage and performance across shifts.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to evaluate and coach candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in field environments.
Education & Certifications:
- 2–5 year’s experience in operations, recruiting, training, or field management
