Job Description

Shift Time: 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM (PART TIME) approximately 24 to 29 hours per week, depending on coverage needs and site volume.
Duration:  One-year contract (with the possibility of extension or conversion).

Responsibilities:
  • Driving: Yes (Driving between sites is required for approximately 10% of the job)
  • Dress Code: Business casual or professional attire appropriate for a customer-facing hospitality environment. Closed-toe shoes are preferred.
  • Parking is provided on site.
  • This is a part-time position with full availability, with scheduling based on business needs.
  • The requisition reflects a schedule window of 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch, and no overtime required.
  • The position is expected to average approximately 24 to 29 hours per week, depending on coverage needs and site volume.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling print, copy, and scan requests, performing basic binding and finishing, assisting with shipping and receiving, sorting and distributing mail and packages, maintaining supplies and logs, checking that convenience copiers are functioning properly, and responding to customer questions regarding job status and service requests.
  • They may also assist with deliveries of completed jobs to designated locations on site and help keep the business center clean, stocked, and organized.
  • The ideal candidate will be customer-service focused, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email, are important.
  • Related copy, print, or office services experience is preferred, along with technical aptitude for printers, scanners, postage equipment, and other office machines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day would be important for success in this role.
  • The manager is looking for candidates with the following skills: customer service experience, print/copy or office services background, computer proficiency, ability to work with business center equipment, organization, communication skills, and overall fit for a guest-facing business center environment.
  • This role does require extended standing and walking, along with bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting or moving items up to approximately 50 to 55 lbs.
  • There may also be some pushing or pulling of equipment on wheels, and walking between buildings may be necessary.
  • Equipment used may include high-volume copy machines, scanners, postage equipment, fax machines, paper cutters, hole drillers, bindery equipment, shrink-wrap machines, electric staplers, scales, and general PC systems.
