Description: The Analyst Asset Management will support the Asset Management Department in a primarily administrative and operational role, with a strong focus on IT purchasing, requisition creation, and recurring reporting. The primary responsibility of the role is the preparation, submission, and tracking of requisitions and Purchase Orders (POs) for IT equipment and services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
The role will also be responsible for producing and maintaining monthly mobile reporting, including usage, inventory, and cost-related summaries. Additional responsibilities include supporting process improvements, documentation, and automation opportunities related to procurement and reporting activities, as well as assisting with compliance and audit-related requests within Asset Management.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of IT equipment utilizing the Oracle ERP system
Track PO lifecycle activity including approvals, receipts, invoicing status, and issue resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders
Track and manage Asset Management and Mobile service tickets to ensure all defined service metrics and SLAs are met
Support IT purchasing compliance and documentation requirements as they progress through Archer and other compliance systems
Maintain standardized reporting templates, trackers, and documentation related to requisitions, POs, and mobile assets
Produce, maintain, and distribute recurring monthly mobile reports including usage, device inventory, cost summaries, and trend analysis.
Collaborate as a team within IT Shared Services and Asset Management, providing support to other teams when assistance is needed to ensure overall service delivery objectives are met.
Identify implementation of automation and administrative/communication improvements that will improve the performance of Asset Management or that will contribute to the overall improved performance of IT Shared Services.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (those that are needed immediately when hiring for the position):
Bachelor s degree in an IT related field or a Bachelor s degree and 2+ years of related work experience
1+ years of experience with vendor, compliance, and/or quality management
Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (those that would be nice to have and/or could be trained for in less than 6 months):
Experience with IT governance concepts and practices (SOX, ISO, etc.)
Knowledge of Oracle EBS, SMAX, Client PPM, and reporting/data analysis tools
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with IT governance practices and execution
