Material Handler

Pay range: $22.00- $22.00/hr.

Position Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations through the receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials. This entry-level role ensures materials are handled accurately, safely, and in accordance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage
- Stock materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment
- Perform basic inventory transactions in ERP or warehouse systems
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Transport materials using pallet jacks or other basic material handling equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Familiarity with inventory control processes
