This role will support the development and manufacturing of Cryo-Ablation Probes.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
- Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout.
- Design sequence of operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment affecting product performance.
- Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
- Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions for problems and deficiencies.
- Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and develop those techniques.
- Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
This role typically functions as an individual contributor with responsibilities in a professional discipline or specialty. It involves delivering and managing projects assigned and working with stakeholders to achieve desired results. The role may act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower-level professionals.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. A University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience, is required.
