Manufacturing Line Assistant - 2nd shfit

Location: Attleboro Massachusetts 02703
Duration: 3 months (contract possibility of extension)
Shift start: 3: 30 PM
Shift end: 12: 00 AM
Pay Rate: USD 25.00–35.00. Hr on W2
The Manufacturing Line Assistant oversees production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met, while managing a team of production workers.
General Responsibilities
•Supervises the activities of production workers on the manufacturing line.
•Plans and organizes production schedules to meet customers'demands and production targets.
•Monitors production processes ensuring adherence to quality standards and production efficiency.
•Motivates team of production workers to achieve performance targets and goals.
•Provides guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
•Prepares reports on production output, efficiency, and quality for review.
•Resolves conflicts and addresses employee's concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Experience / Qualifications
•Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
•Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
•Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
•Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
•Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
