Mail Clerk/ On-Site Services Specialist
Job Description
Shift: 8: 00 AM–4: 30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Job Description:
- Responsible for regular customer interactions at front counter within mail center/copy room.
- Sort, prep, and scan incoming mail, process outgoing mail and packages, maintain supply inventory.
- Fulfill customer supply orders, refill supplies throughout customer space, answer phone call and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer and vendor interactions.
- Someone who is personable, detail-orientated, organized, accurate, dependable, and willing to learn new processes would be successful in this role.
- May occasionally cover the loading dock area.
- Packages weighing up to 50 pounds could require moving/processing.
