Logistics Associate

Location: Loveland, CO
Duration: 6 month (possibility of extensions)
Payrate: $20 per hour
Job Description
- As a Logistics Associate, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations.
- You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials—from receiving raw goods to preparing finished products for shipment.
- This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and inspect goods for damage.
- Material Movement: Move raw materials to production lines and transport finished goods to the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Order Picking: Accurately pull and stage orders for outgoing shipments based on pick lists.
Safety & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards) and perform daily safety checks on equipment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer entry.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with the shipping/receiving team.
- 1–2 years in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
