Legal Site Supervisor
Job Description
Shift: 8: 30 AM to 5: 30 PM
Interview Type: Could be combination of virtual, phone, and/or in person. May include on-site meeting with client contact.
Job Description:
Successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day onsite operational support for a small-to-medium size law office. This is a one-person site, so the candidate should have exposure to, and experience with, operations in a legal office environment, including, but not limited to mail operations, shipping & receiving operations, print/scan operations, reception, and hospitality. Candidate should be comfortable and professional with heavy client-facing interaction in a standard office environment. Should be comfortable in high-demand position and be able to field and respond to multiple requests at any given time. Should be able to function independently with little supervisory oversight. Familiarity with standard office equipment (mail processing equipment, printers, copiers, scanners, audio-visual equipment, etc.) is a plus. Should be able to stand for periods of time while performing duties and be able to walk for extended periods of time. Should be able to lift 50lbs.
Dress Code: Dress code is office casual in a conservative legal environment. No denim, no spandex, no exposed midriff, no spaghetti strap tops without a jacket or sweater covering. Work shoes appropriate for office environment. No open-toed shoes or flip flops, sandals, or slippers
Driving: Not until conversion. - driving to the local post office will be required when the contingent worker converts.
Parking: Parking will be paid for by the client.
