Job Description
Contract Duration: ASAP - Oct 31st
Possibility of extension: Yes, depending on funding approval and business case.
Schedule Hours: 9 am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week
Story Behind the Need
Business group: Cyberoperations Monitoring & Response: The team safeguards the organization by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing security controls, and by responding to security incidents to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
To proactively identify any new vulnerabilities that have been disclosed as a zero-day and ensure the timely action of the assessment to determine impact
Focus on vulnerability management. There will be some opportunities to enhance the current vulnerability intelligence process.

Must-have requirements:
10 years of experience in Vulnerability management or associated cybersecurity roles.
Working knowledge of various network principles, cyber security concepts, investigation procedures, and adversary techniques.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
Cyberthreat intelligence is an asset
Spanish is an asset
Soft Skills Required:
•Possesses advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English. Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed for event schedules.
•Creative problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Cybersecurity or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The best candidate is someone proactive and creative, who stays up to date on vulnerability developments and has a technical understanding of security controls and mitigation.
Someone with Vulnerability Intelligence by demonstrating strong analytical judgment and a deep understanding of the vulnerability lifecycle, from discovery to exploitation and remediation. They proactively track emerging vulnerabilities, assess real world risk and exploitability, and translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable intelligence for both technical and executive stakeholders. With a collaborative mindset and a bias for impact, they enable informed prioritization, strengthen defensive posture, and consistently add value through timely, high confidence insights.

2nd round Video–30 mins –Director –cultural fit and situational questions.
