Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Lab Technician
Job Duration: 12+ Months
Pay range: $32-$33 USD per hour
Work Type: Onsite (East Syracuse, NY, 13057)
Overview/Responsibilities:
- Performing experimental set-up and operation of test facilities (installation, fixturing & instrumentation of samples;start-up of test cell).
- Troubleshooting and modification of existing test facilities and support equipment.
- Follow existing and establish new testing procedures.
- Operating existing data acquisition programs.
- Execute prototype fabrication, test facility modification and lab improvements.
- Perform preventative maintenance on test facilities and support equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of laboratory, mechanic, and/or technician experience OR Associate degree with 1+ years of laboratory, mechanic, and/or technician experience.
- EPA 608 Certification.
