Grants & Marketing Communications Consultant
Job Description
Client seeks a contract-based Grants & Marketing Communications Consultant to support the execution of its enterprise social impact strategy, Client Impact. This role combines philanthropic partnership coordination, light grants management, conference strategy, and both internal and external marketing content support. The consultant will help ensure nonprofit deliverables are tracked, aligned, and amplified across the organization while identifying high-value visibility opportunities for the brand.
Objectives
·Support nonprofit partner management, including deliverable tracking, outcomes documentation, and reporting alignment.
·Maintain internal awareness and engagement around Client Impact initiatives across regions and business lines.
·Drive external visibility of Client’s philanthropic programs through strategic content and speaking opportunities.
·Provide conference strategy support including identification, speaker proposal development, and submission.
·Ensure brand alignment and storytelling excellence across all communications.
Requirements:

Grants & Partnership Coordination
·Maintain and update Airtable or Asana-based nonprofit partner trackers.
·Log and monitor grant amounts, deliverables, logos, and reporting timelines.
·Follow up with partners for missing information or upcoming deliverables.
·Track alignment of each partnership to Client Impact’s strategic pillars. - Support internal summary briefs for each partner or activation.
Internal Marketing & Communications
·Draft Viva Engage content spotlighting key programs and partners.
·Write and distribute internal newsletters with regional relevance.
·Update SharePoint pages with program flyers, results, and toolkits.
·Support executive reporting decks with narratives and KPI-aligned content.
External Marketing & Amplification
·Draft content for blog posts and partner toolkits (assets created by design team).
·Maintain message consistency and impact language across all outward-facing deliverables.
·Support event-based storytelling and wrap-up summaries for amplification.
·Identify relevant conferences or forums where Client Impact should be represented.
·Draft and submit speaker/session proposals aligned with Client’strategic goals.
·Track upcoming conference timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals.
Deliverables
·Weekly updated grant and partner tracking logs.
·Monthly Viva Engage post drafts and newsletter content.
·Quarterly internal and external storytelling briefs.
·Conference list with recommended visibility opportunities.
·Completed speaker and session proposal submissions.
·Contributions to reporting decks and partner recaps.
Term & Hours
This engagement is scoped for an initial 6-month term, with an estimated commitment of 15–20 hours per week. The consultant will report to the Head of Corporate Impact & Engagement and collaborate with internal teams across HR, Government Relations, and Brand, as well as external nonprofit partners.
