Job Description
Shift Time: 8: 30 AM to 5: 30 PM/ Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Dress Code: Business attire
- Driving: Yes - this is a multi-site position
- COVID Requirements: None
- Interview Type: Virtual
- This position will support multiple law offices in the area as well as other facilities.
- Administrative duties will include calendar management, mail room tasks, print room tasks, and hospitality services.
- The position also includes responsibilities in print production.
- The hiring manager is looking for a candidate who is detailed-oriented, personable, and polished. Legal/hospitality experience a plus.
- There won't be any extensive lifting, standing or walking, however, lifting up to 25lbs may be required.
- The candidate will have the opportunity to become permanent with after 320 hours worked if they are successful in their role.
- Parking will be provided/reimbursed.
