Job Description
Shift Time: 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM / Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Dress Code: Business casual, shirt will be provided at some point, and tennis shoes are fine –no open toed or open heel shoes
- COVID Requirements: None
- Driving: No driving will be required of the Contingent worker however driving will be required to convert to a employee
- Interview Type: Possible Phone, Teams, In-person
- The temp will be responsible for sorting and counting the incoming mail from the Post Office as well as the mail that is being picked up throughout the day from the mail routes.
- There are 2 mail routes within the hospital every day with a considerable amount of walking.
- The mail will be delivered to the appropriate locations as well as mail being picked up from those locations.
- Computer knowledge is needed to be able to look up names and locations as needed.
- Cross training for the Resource Center for some printing and finishing work is possible. There will be Walking, Standing, Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Someone who has computer skills –PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is beneficial for any Resource Center work (cross trained).
- Free parking in employee designated areas.
- Dependable and detail-oriented would be successful in this role.
