Pay Rate: $22.00/hour - $25.00/Hour
Description:
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
- Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
- Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations and may require specific trade certifications.
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
- Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
- Uses experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
- Advise manager of preventative maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
- Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are always taken.
- HS Diploma OR any technical training cert or AA/AS degree or Equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
