Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our fast paced and dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate brings strong financial accounting knowledge, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and energy.
- This role requires advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, a self-motivated mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Weekly Reporting: Prepare weekly orders and sales reports to support tracking of business performance and targets.
- Expense Analysis: Partner with department leads to analyze, report, and forecast overhead expenses.
- Monthly Close & Forecasting: Generate monthly actuals reporting and support the forecast cycle, including preparation for business reviews.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct in depth investigations of financial reports and data;provide analytical support for various projects as needed.
- Financial Reporting: Produce financial and budgetary reports, spreadsheets, and charts for analysis and interpretation.
- Planning Support: Assist the team with analytical needs during annual planning and monthly forecasting processes.
- Communication: Distribute key metrics and reports to managers and leadership, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant finance experience
- Strong analytical and financial accounting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with JDE, HFM, and PowerBI.
- Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, or business analysis.
