Job Title: Sales Lead
Job Duration: Direct hire
Salary range: 139K - 149K/Yearly + Benefits
Work Type: Onsite


Responsibilities:
 
•Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
o Develop, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline within assigned markets and accounts.
o Identify new business opportunities and lead prospecting efforts.
o Support forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
•Client Relationship Management
o Serve as a primary contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and proactive communication.
o Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
o Build long-term partnerships by delivering a consultative sales approach.
•Sales Strategy & Execution
o Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
o Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to guide commercial decisions.
o Support pricing strategies and proposal development.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer commitments.
o Provide customer feedback that informs product development and service enhancements.
•Leadership & Coaching
o Mentor junior sales team members and support onboarding of new hires.
o Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
•Other duties as required.
•Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Atmospheric Sciences, Business or related field, minimum of five years’experience in Oil & Gas segment with strategic connections with Operators in Permian area.
•5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management;industry experience may be required depending on the role.
•Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
•Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to multitask.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Ability to work without direct supervision.
•Collaborative attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
•60-80% availability for inter-regional travel.
•Service oriented attitude.
