Duration: 05-06 Months
Pay range: $84.61/hr. - $115.38/hr.
Hybrid, 2-3 days in office
Description
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- GenAI / LLM Application Development
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying GenAI solutions in production environments
- Strong understanding of prompt design, evaluation techniques, and LLM performance tradeoffs
- Production Machine Learning Engineering
- Proven experience shipping and maintaining production-grade ML systems
- Strong Python expertise with clean, testable, and reviewable code
- Experience working within standard SDLC practices (version control, CI/CD, code reviews)
- Traditional Machine Learning & Statistical Foundations
- Strong grounding in supervised and unsupervised learning methods
- Ability to select and apply appropriate algorithms to real-world business problems
- Cross-Functional Delivery
- Experience working closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a team-based environment
- Experience processing and analyzing complex or unstructured data (e.G., documents, images, multimodal inputs)
- Familiarity with common ML and GenAI frameworks (e.G., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Experience applying ML/AI solutions in a business or retail context
- Experience with multi-modal RAG architecture
- Background in image processing or computer vision applications
