Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess applicable educational and/or certification credentials from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience. This role requires the ability to apply organic coatings to meet corrosion protection and appearance requirements, as well as perform organic chemical conversion and paint preparation using brush, roll, and spray application methods. The candidate must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and process work instructions to ensure work is completed in alignment with engineering intent. Additional responsibilities include vacuum and mechanical bonding of Thermal Protective Systems on flight hardware, along with the application of Thermal Protective Systems through spray and pour methods. A strong commitment to following all assigned safety guidelines and procedures is essential.

Required Skills:

High School Diploma
Experience with interrupting drawings and process documents

Preferred:

Experience with brush, roll, and spray application

2nd shift: 2-10: 30 M-F
Weekend: 6-6: 30 Fri, Sat, Sun
