Job Title: Customer Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of an extension
Supplier –Lancesoft Inc.
Location - Remote from USA


Highlights:
Must have TMO specific experience, Should have 10 or more years of telecom experience, May Involve travel, OSHA10 required by start date
Strongly prefer bi-lingual (English/Spanish) - Likely to support work in Puerto Rico
Must comply with attached travel policy and have written client approval prior to travel.


Summary:
The Customer Project Manager will support a critical customer/market for client. This is a lead position with overall responsibility for all aspects of the deploy project in market. While an established customer, this is a growth market requiring strong Customer Project Manager candidates
Description:
Customer Project Managers utilize their project and people management skills to deliver high quality projects on time, on budget and with unwavering professionalism.
Our Project Managers are responsible for managing cross functional teams (leasing, zoning, architecture & engineering, construction, integration & optimization etc.), and reporting to management, communicates to clients;and ensuring client meets scope, schedule, cost and quality, metrics for the project.
We are looking for a high performing Customer Project Manager to join our team. This role interfaces with customers daily.

Required Skills:
At least 5 years of telecom experience including site acquisition, construction, integration, optimization process knowledge
OSHA 10 Certified, at minimum
Strong focus on safety in the work environment
Highly Developed Knowledge of project management skills, with understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource, and delivery management.
Effective communicator, written and oral with ability to present to management
Developed Financial knowledge, ability to define/track project/program financials such as Budget, Margin, Invoicing, Revenue recognition
Proficient computer skills, MS Office –Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Experience with TMO Magenta Build
PMP certification
