Description:
  • This role is responsible for leading change management and communications within the Project Delivery organization, ensuring alignment with the organizational change management framework used in CLIENT E&PS. From a change perspective they are responsible for capturing change impacts and developing mitigation plans and leader action plans to achieve successful organizational change and engagement. From a communications perspective they are responsible for developing and executing the in-function communication plan.
  • An ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a change management and communications practitioner, who is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. Has the ability to quickly understand complex information and workout and maintain relationships with the right parties to contact to affect desired outcomes.
  • Key relationships include interfacing with global and regional leadership teams and their sub-organizations, E&PS Boards, E&PS Strategy, and collaborating with external partners to execute communications in alignment with overall change plan for readiness and go-live for programs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Change Management and Communications within IAD (Insights, Analytics and Digital) in alignment with the organizational change management framework used in CLIENT E&PS, prepare global, regional and functional change management strategy;develop and execute change management plan.
Track success of change management and communications by using existing performance measures and identify new measures where necessary.
Capture, develop and validate all change impacts on employees and on the business.
Develop mitigation plans that address leader and stakeholder engagement, communications, and training recommendations.
Develop and execute regional change management and communications strategy and plans to include leadership action plans, stakeholder/end-user engagement plans, communications plan, and change impacts and mitigation plans.
Maintain global and regional stakeholder and business leadership list of CLIENT end users.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute change and communications in alignment with overall change plan for readiness and go-live of programs.

This includes, but is not limited to:
writing targeted communications to stakeholders (at different levels of organization), developing program status updates, sharing ways the business can achieve the project benefits, creating project toolkits (PowerPoint decks for awareness, readiness, and understanding), making management presentations, designing and executing change readiness surveys, conducting change network meetings, developing FAQs (frequently asked questions), creating marketing materials and content for website updates (if applicable), utilizing digital signage, and creating and providing End User training support, developing quarterly functional employee engagement channels, contributing to global E&PS engagement channels.
Adhere to CLIENT and E&PS communications and branding guidelines when using branding for company, organization, and program.
Lead, coordinate, and support regional engagement activities such as town halls, industry celebrations, and other regional events.
Support quarterly global E&PS Town Halls (on behalf of IAD if needed), interfacing with E&PS Strategy team and the regional teams to identify topics, develop content/slides, interface with guest speakers and potentially help develop videos with local video production companies.
Create monthly / quarterly newsletters, interfacing with E&PS Strategy and the functional teams to identify topics and write compelling articles and/or produce other forms of content including videos.

Required:
Change Management and Communications experience
Good management and strong technical skills
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Ability to focus strategically while maintaining tactical focus
Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations
Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office suite and SharePoint on Microsoft 365
Excels with powerpoint, program management and organization

Preferred:
Change management efforts including communication, preparing organization for business
Transformation, influencing others and cross function project management
Experienced change management practitioner, who is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
Project management and reporting experience
Ability to quickly understand complex information and work out the right parties to contact
Strong record of collaboration ensuring completion of projects
Ability to coordinate within organizations and teams of varying size, complexity, and needs with agility and excellence
