Job Description

Hybrid –2 days in office
Contract Duration: 6 months
Possibility of extension: Yes (Based on business need)
Possibility of conversion to FTE: Possibly (Based on business need)
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week

Story Behind the Need
Business group: Global Technology Enterprise Platforms (GTEP)
Project: This project aims to provide a centralized platform using the ServiceNow Service Request workflow for internal application development teams to manage and store records of Application Security Assessment/Approval, which could be further integrated with other Enterprise processes such as OR, TRA, Release Management, Change management, Checkmarx, BlackDuck, Synk/Probely, NowSecure, Bitbucket and Jira.

Candidate Value Proposition:
We’re offering an opportunity for a Business Analyst to play a key role in a high impact, fast moving project that directly shapes business outcomes. As part of this team, the BA will join a collaborative environment where their insights, requirements expertise, and process mindset will directly influence solution design and delivery.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
2. 3+ years of hands-on technical working experience on ServiceNow platform including IT
3. 3+ years of Experience with business process modeling, requirements documentation, and system design.
4. CSA certified system administration is must have
5. Strong experience working in agile/Lean or hybrid environment collaborating in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Nice-To-Have Skills:
•In-depth knowledge of ITIL foundation and Application Security Assessment workflow.
•Experience with system integration and data analysis is a plus.
•Previous experience with ServiceNow Service Catalogue module is highly preferred
•Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. (Config ServiceNOW WF.)
•Project Management knowledge to work with large & complex project teams
•Senior Business Analysis Certification ®| IIBA®

Soft Skills Required:
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Education:
•Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow platform. Previous experience with Service Catologue is highly preferred.

- 1st round: BA lead –45 mins- virtual (cameras on) - Technical assessment and situational questions based on previous experience
- 2nd round: HM and Project team –30 mins –virtual (cameras on) - Situational and Behavioural fit interview
