Job Description

This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft

Ensures complete regulatory compliance for temporary employees assigned to operate City commercial vehicles and high-safety positions.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) per FMCSA and Arizona DOT standards.
Oversee pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing programs (§C.1.G.5.A.I).
Verify CDL and medical card validity, training, and license renewals.
Interface with City Risk Management and Human Resources Departments (§C.1.G.5.A.Ii).
Conduct compliance audits and maintain five-year driver records.
Investigate vehicle accidents and coordinate incident response documentation (§C.1.G.5.D).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Transportation Management, or equivalent.
3–5 years of CDL or DOT compliance program management.
Working knowledge of FMCSA Part 40, 382, and 391 regulations.
Certified in Substance Abuse Program Administration preferred.
