The Workforce Partnerships Specialist plays a key role in building and sustaining relationships with local businesses and industry partners to meet current and future workforce demands. Under moderate supervision, this position performs complex work related to employer networking, talent matching, and workforce strategy implementation. The Specialist connects job seekers including adults and youth to meaningful employment opportunities while supporting businesses with recruitment, hiring, and workforce development solutions.
