Technical Program Manager 1
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead co-engineering programs between AMD, Microsoft, and OEM partners, enabling Windows Security features across AMD platforms. This role requires strong program management skills combined with technical expertise to drive security initiatives from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive end-to-end delivery of Windows Security initiatives across AMD’s product portfolio.
•Own and execute cross-functional programs from pre-silicon planning through production release.
•Collaborate with internal engineering teams, customer support, and external partners to align on roadmaps, priorities, and technical deliverables.
•Manage full program lifecycle, including schedules, risk management, and milestone tracking.
•Develop and maintain program management artifacts such as dashboards, forecasts, and risk/issue logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Proven experience in Program Management within a technical environment.
•Strong understanding of software development and security technologies.
•Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
•Familiarity with software testing/verification.
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience working with cross-company engineering programs.
•Knowledge of Windows Security architecture and related technologies.
•Technical knowledge in C++, and Python
Work Conditions:
•Hybrid work model (onsite presence in Markham, Ontario office is required, and remote).
•Interview process includes virtual (MS Teams) and in-person rounds.
