Job Description
Shift Time: 8: 30 AM - 5: 30 PM, M-F
Job Description:
- This position will include greeting and checking in visitors, working at the reception desk, monitoring incoming facilities requests, processing meeting bookings, and heavy coordinating catering orders.
- The position may also include mail and/or administrative responsibilities.
- Long periods of standing and walking will be required;the role does not take place entirely at the reception desk.
- The position also may require lifting, but nothing extensive, must be able to lift 25 lbs. And assistance is available.
- We are looking for an outgoing candidate, preferably with a hospitality background, and the opportunity to become permanent.
The candidate will be at different worksites throughout Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Parking is provided.
Dress Code: Business Casual
Driving: Yes (Candidates must be able to travel between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and be flexible to working different job sites)
