Job Description: The Company is currently seeking a Project Engineer's to join the Defense Engineering Team on our F-15 program in Saint Louis Missouri.
This role would support the Airframe Engineering team for F-15.
Position Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with key team members to help align priorities and key activities Weekly and monthly meeting support –Staff, PMM, ECAPA, ECAB metrics generation and chart prep –25%
•Maintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure consistent execution
•Monitor performance and assist control account managers with opportunities /risks, earned value management, discrete updates and variances
•Maintain the facilities and equipment plan for the Airframe Engineering Team
•Monitor airframe business execution metrics: CDRLs, staffing, on time release, Engineering first pass quality, noncompliance performance, Oobeya, various change boards, governance board, and more
•Manage updates for our Risks Issues and Opportunity reviews
•Lead project kickoffs, creation of BOEs, and senior Leader reviews
•Coordinate staffing with functional teams, maintenance of AP, and onboarding new teammates
•Support planning, coordination and execution of engagement programs (recognition, surveys, employee listening, virtual and in-person events)
•Draft and publish internal communications (i.E., emails, intranet posts, newsletters, etc.) tailored to local audiences

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
•or more years'related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
•3+ years of experience with Project Management
•3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
•3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
•3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products, or other project management tools
•Experience working directly with Engineering Teams
•Experience leading/managing projects associated with production engineering, manufacturing engineering, and/or supply chain

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
•5+ years of experience communicating with executive audiences
•5+ years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizations
•Experience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team members
•Experience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Finance

Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.G. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years'related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.G. PhD+4 years'related work experience, Master+7 years'related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
