- University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
OR - An equivalent combination of a relevant college diploma and professional experience may be considered.
- High level of proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in professional and technical contexts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies across the full lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, managing multiple related projects aligned to organizational strategy, including:
- Coordinating cross-project teams
- Managing stakeholder expectations
- Facilitating communication across diverse stakeholder groups

Senior IT Project Management Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering cloud-based CRM services projects, preferably within healthcare or social service environments.
- Demonstrated work experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business and technical teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in both French and English.
- Demonstrated work experience is required.
- 2+ years of experience in change management, including:
- Developing and executing organizational change management plans
- Supporting project adoption and transition
- Demonstrated capabilities through examples from previous work.
- Bilingual delivery (French and English) is required.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Cost estimation
- Resource planning
- Project scheduling and time management
- Demonstrated capabilities through examples from previous work.
- 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge of IT system concepts and their impact on business processes.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Current certification in one or more of the following:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified associate in project management (CAPM)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- PRINCE2
- Proof of certification and date achieved must be provided.
- 2+ years of experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies across:
- Concept
- Inception
- Iteration
- Release phases
- Demonstrated capabilities through examples from previous work.
